These Terms govern the products, website and professional services of Solevibe LLC. By ordering, approving a proposal or paying an invoice, you agree to them.
Products and services
We provide grocery retail products, business supply fulfillment, marketing research and public opinion polling. Availability, quantities, specifications, price and fulfillment terms appear on the applicable listing, quotation, statement of work or invoice.
Pricing and payment
Unless stated otherwise, prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes, delivery, shipping and approved project expenses may apply. Customers authorize our payment processor to charge the selected method for the confirmed total.
Orders and fulfillment
An order is accepted when confirmed by Solevibe LLC. We may reject or cancel an order because of availability, pricing error, delivery restriction, suspected fraud or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid order, the eligible amount will be refunded.
Research engagements
Research work is governed by the approved proposal. Clients must provide timely instructions, access and legally authorized materials. Findings reflect the methodology, sample, information and period stated in the report and do not guarantee a particular business outcome.
Intellectual property
We retain ownership of pre-existing methods, templates and working materials. After full payment, the client receives rights to final deliverables stated in the agreement.
Acceptable use
Our products, website, services and data may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive activity.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Indiana law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
